Tikiri(PR)The auspicious Pran Pratistha Utsav of Shri Lakshmi Narayan Temple was meticulously orchestrated by Utkal Alumina, a subsidiary of Hindalco Industries Limited of the Aditya Birla Group from 8th April 2024 – 12th April 2024 at its Oshapada Township. The five-day-long celebration witnessed a blend of traditional rituals and cultural extravaganzas.
Commencing with the auspicious Kalash Yatra, the event set off on a divine note, symbolizing the commencement of the sacred proceedings. Throughout the mornings, devotees participated in various rituals, offering prayers, and seeking the blessings of the divine.
In the evenings, the cultural sphere came alive with performances by renowned artists, enriching the atmosphere with their talent and devotion. The lineup featured soul-stirring Bhajan Sandhya by Big Curtain on the 1st day, followed by a captivating Musical Evening by the legendary Anup Jalota on the 2nd day. The 3rd day saw the graceful Odissi Dance performance by Saswat Joshi, captivating the audience with its elegance and beauty.
On the 12th of April, the Pran Pratistha Utsav culminated in a moment of spiritual fulfillment and communal harmony, accompanied by the Diya Mahotsav where 1001 diyas were lit by devotees at Shri Lakshmi Narayan Temple. Mr Mazhar Beig, Unit Head of Utkal Alumina & Aditya Alumina, extended gratitude to all participants, artists, and devotees for their contributions to the event's success. He reaffirmed the Aditya Birla Group's commitment to cultural preservation and spiritual enrichment.
