189 Battalion CRPF organised a camp to provide information regarding CAPF recruitment


Balangir(PR)Under the guidance of Shri Prashant Kumar Sahu, Commandant, 189 Battalion CRPF conducted a short term training program to promote mutual harmony and to guide the unemployed youth of Balangir and to make them physically and mentally strong. About 60 youth participated in this camp and were informed about the physical and medical qualifications available for recruitment in police, army and paramilitary forces and were made aware by providing short term physical training and medical assistance. All the youth participated in the above camp with enthusiasm and performed well.

On this occasion, Shri Mrinal Kanti Vishwas, Second Command Officer and Shri Sarwar Khan, Deputy Commandant 189 Battalion CRPF addressed the youth present in the camp and said that in todays time, due to lack of correct information, even physically and mentally healthy youth are wandering for employment. Therefore, a small effort made by 189 Battalion CRPF will act as a lifesaver for the unemployed youth of Balangir. Along with this, he also said that such camps will be organized in future also to make more and more unemployed youth of Balangir more aware. In the short term training program organized, Shri Rakesh Kumar Sharma, Chief Medical Officer of this battalion made the youth present aware about important information related to medical examination and made the youth aware to pay attention to food and stay away from intoxicants.
